| THE BROADMOOR HOTEL RATES
|
The monthly rate at the Broadmoor is determined according to the size of the room and its location. Single rooms facing outward or inward and two- and three-room suites are offered.
No lease, deposit or investment beyond the monthly fee is necessary for residence. Payment includes three meals each day of the week with a full choice from our complete menus.
Maid service is provided Monday through Friday. Complimentary Notary Public service is available on the premises. Our switchboard offers telephone service twenty-four hours a day.
Participation in all activities offered by The Broadmoor is included with residency. Double occupancy requires an additional $750. Our monthly rate plan is:
